David S. Petrich received
his JD with honors from Chicago Kent Law School and his BBA from Loyola
University Chicago Cum Laude. He
is a licensed attorney and certified public accountant.
He is a member of Beta Gama Sigma, Alpha Sigma Nu
and Beta Alpha Psi Honorary Fraternal Organization. During
law school, he was a recipient of the Auxiliary Association of Trial
Lawyer's of America Scholarship; a Kent Nominee 1985; Georgian Carl
Buckingham Scholarship, 1984; West Publishing Corpus Juris Secundum
and Hornbook Award, 1984-85; American Jurisprudence Award in Civil
Procedure I, 1985; Dean's List, all semesters.
After
admission to the Bar, David Petrich continued to work in
the firm as an associate after working as a law clerk throughout his
undergraduate and law school years. He
has handled cases ranging from wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury
and medical malpractice. After working on numerous cases and obtaining
millions of dollars in settlement, Mr. Petrich was made a partner in 1990 and
oversees all litigation. His background as a certified public accountant
gives him an edge in negotiating million-dollar settlements on behalf of clients. He
was intimately involved in the cases leading to the verdicts and settlements
that are listed within this website.
Mr. Petrich
is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, American Association for
Justice, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He has dedicated
himself to representing those who are injured as a result of other's
negligence.
